Caregiver Cards
Caring for someone you love can be full of meaning and full of strain at the same time. These cards give words to what often goes unsaid — the exhaustion, the guilt, the hesitation to ask for help, the shifting roles, the worry about what comes next.
They also make room for the person receiving care, whose feelings, preferences and independence still matter.

In development. The 60 caregiver cards are drafted and entering review with therapists. They aren't available to purchase yet, and wording may change.
Intended audiences
Who it's for
Spouses & partners
Older adults caring for a husband, wife or partner — often while navigating their own health.
Relatives & friends
Adult children, siblings, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors who share the work.
People receiving care
Older adults whose needs are changing and who want their voice heard in decisions about their lives.
Written for caregivers — for now
All 60 cards in this first deck are written from the caregiver's side. Some, such as Help Is Refused and Separate Care from Control, focus on respecting the choices of the person receiving care. Cards written for people receiving care are planned, but they haven't been developed or reviewed yet.
